SobyAI provides an AI search analytics and visibility monitoring software platform. The Service allows registered users to monitor brand presence, industry search queries, and digital visibility metrics across public generative AI systems.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing and Billing

SobyAI offers paid subscription tiers billed on a monthly or annual basis:

• Payment Processing: Payments, renewals, and invoice processing are securely handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor. SobyAI does not store payment card information directly.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the start of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or customer billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once computational resources are allocated, except where required by applicable law.

Service usage is governed by credits or quotas allocated to your subscription tier. Credits reset according to your billing cycle. SobyAI reserves the right to rate-limit or restrict accounts engaging in abusive automated scraping, reverse engineering, excessive query load, or unauthorized non-human scripted access.

6. Third-Party AI Systems Disclaimer

SobyAI measures visibility across third-party artificial intelligence engines and public search systems. You acknowledge that:

• Third-party AI platforms generate dynamic, non-deterministic responses that change frequently based on updates and algorithmic adjustments.
• SobyAI reports observational metrics captured at the time of evaluation and does not control third-party services, algorithms, or outputs.
• All analytics, visibility scores, and insights are provided for informational and benchmarking purposes only.

You retain all rights to your trademarks, brand names, and content submitted to the platform. SobyAI retains all proprietary rights, copyright, and intellectual property in the software, algorithms, design, and platform interfaces.
